• Regular check-ins every Monday & Thursday
  • 60 minutes
  • starting Thurs April 22 (last scheduled check-in is on Tuesday May 4)

Final Week

Monday May 3

• Standup and check-ins @your regular times
• Feature Freeze @EOD
  • Nothing else can added to your application this week.
  • Only bug fixes, tying up loose ends, styling, and clean-up today and tomorrow.

Tuesday May 4

• Last standup @your regular time
• Last check-in @your regular time
• Code Freeze @EOD
  • Time to stop writing code and focus completely on your presentation.
  • Seriously, no more coding this week.

Wednesday May 5

• Working on presentations all day today. (Presentation Prep Guide)
• App blurb due to Dawn @2:00 pm (Google Drive link)
• First Presentation Rehearsal @2:00-3:00 pm (first draft, no video expected)

Thursday May 6

• Public-speaking coaching for each team with Mr. Mitsch
  • Your team’s time TBD
• Second rehearsal with staff @1:00-2:00pm
  • All teams together
• Final screencast video due to Dawn @3:00 pm (Google Drive link)
• Tech check & run-through @3:15-4:00 pm (A Zoom link will be provided via email)

Friday May 7

• Presentations @12:00-1:00 pm (A Zoom link inviting you to be a panelist for a webinar will be in your email inbox; you must use the link in your own email because that link will be unique to you)
• Graduation @1:00-2:00 pm (Zoom link TBD)
